Rental Terms & Conditions
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
- The renter shall be responsible for the vehicle while driving and any damage caused to it and must bear the repair cost at the authorized service centre.
- The renter shall return the vehicle within the given time otherwise renter will have to pay extra charges of extra time according to the vehicle.
- The renter shall also pay the rent for those days when the vehicle goes on repair.
- After the vehicle is in the hands of the renter, any mishappening that happens with the vehicle and the people who are present in the vehicle at that time are responsible for everything (damage, any police case, any harm to persons), not the owner.
- The renter should have a valid driving license, be at least 18 years old and must follow the traffic rules while driving.
- Rental charges do not include fuel, toll, roadside assistance and taxes.
- The renter shall use the vehicle at their own risk.
- The renter shall have to pay the extra charges if the Kilometer limit is exceeded.
- Time and kilometers start from our office to office.
- The renter must properly check out the vehicle before leaving our rental location.
- All the traffic challans/penalties for any violation of traffic rules are the sole responsibility of the renter.
- If the renter gives the vehicle to another person, he/she will be responsible for any kind of damage.
- If renter goes above the speed limit of 100 Km/hour, first time it's a warning. If it happens next time, charges of ₹100 will be applied.
- If any kind of mishappening happens, immediately inform the owner.
- Drinking alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Only the registered renter or authorized person mentioned at the time of booking is allowed to drive the vehicle.
- Passengers must travel according to the vehicle's seating capacity only (4, 5, 6, or 7 seater). No excess passengers are allowed in the vehicle.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a vehicle
- You must possess a valid Indian driving license appropriate for the vehicle category
- You must provide valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID)
- International customers must have a valid International Driving Permit along with their original license
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking
- Full payment must be completed before or at the time of vehicle pickup
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email and SMS
- We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of pickup
- Deposit amount varies based on vehicle type and rental duration
- Deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection upon return
- Deductions may be made for damages, violations, or unpaid charges
Breakdown & Accidents
- In case of breakdown or accident, contact us immediately at +91 9501118018
- Do not attempt unauthorized repairs
- In case of accident, inform police and obtain an FIR if required
- Notify us immediately and do not move the vehicle without authorization
- Customer may be liable for damages and loss of rental income during repairs
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kapurthala, Punjab.
